  1. Morning. Get up, admire crazy bed hair, get dressed without caring about whether anything goes with anything else, and kick-start the morning with some exercise.

  2. Definitely right after work – its a great way to de-stress from the day which saves me the hassle of being ratty with the husband when I get home! My husband agrees with me on this!

  3. Lunch time, that way i can’t find excuses not to workout later. If meetings at work do not let me then after work, good way to destress
